Welcome back from break! We hope everyone is well-rested and rejuvenated after a wonderful spring break with your families.
Whether you traveled to an exciting destination or enjoyed a peaceful staycation, we hope you had the opportunity to take a pause in your busy schedules, allowing you to recharge your batteries and spend quality time with loved ones.
As a reminder, our last general PTC meeting of the school year will be held this Thursday, April 25 at 9:30 AM in the Saxe Auditorium. It’s one you won’t want to miss as we are voting on the slate for next year's Executive Board.

Technology and Tweens—The Big Three!
April 25 at 9:30 AM, Saxe Auditorium
Please join Dr. Kelly Foran Tuller to learn how to support your children as they start to navigate their own relationship with screens and devices, understand the importance of setting boundaries, modeling appropriate use of screen time, and ways to protect your children’s mental health. Teacher Appreciation Week
May 6-10, 2024
The second week of May is Teacher Appreciation Week! We plan to show our appreciation each day with fun surprises, sweet treats, breakfast, and a lunch. Click HERE to sign up.

- Tuesday, May 7: Coffee, Tea and Baked Goods by Bubble and Brew Truck.
- Wednesday, May 8: Lip Balm and note of appreciation in teacher mailbox.
- Thursday, May 9: Tasty Yolk Truck serving "Not Your Standard Breakfast Sandwich."
- Friday, May 10: Taco Fiesta Party catered by La Pescaderia.

Connecticut State Requirement for 6th Grade Students
Connecticut State Law requires ALL students to have a physical exam during sixth grade. The CT Health Assessment form needs to be on file in the nurses office by the last day of 6th grade. We accept physicals dated from June 1, 2023.
Upon completion of the exam, please email or bring the completed CT health assessment record to the lower division health office. Please contact your school nurse, Joelle Graham, with any questions. She can be reached at joelle.graham@ncps-k12.org or at (203) 594-4526.
